Tom Jab Chai (ต้มจับฉ่าย)

Tom Jab Chai (ต้มจับฉ่าย) is another one of the Chinese influenced Thai dishes. It’s often a combination of cabbage, greens, turnips, tomatoes and onions all boiled down for hours until they become extremely soft.

Sometimes Tom Jab Chai (ต้มจับฉ่าย) is made with pork or chicken, and you’ll also find it at some of the vegetarian Thai food restaurants.
