There are many different Thai desserts and Thai ways to eat ice cream, but one of the best ways is an authentic ice cream sandwich, made with a real bun (ไอติมขนมปัง)

The bottom normally includes sweet sticky rice and sometimes roasted peanuts are sprinkled on top. Delicious!
