Pla Tod Kamin – Fried Fish with Turmeric and Garlic

One of the best ways to eat small little tasty fish is by deep frying them with lots of shredded turmeric and garlic, and a sprinkle of salt.

This is especially a southern Thai food method of eating mackerel and other small fish. Goes extremely well with a plate of fresh rice!
