Ducks are wonderful animals, especially when they’re roasted to a crisp. Influenced by the Chinese culinary traditions, you’ll find duck, which can be served with both rice or noodles, all over Bangkok.

For good duck check out Charoen Wiang Pochana (เจริญเวียงโภชนา) for roasted duck, and Bpet Paloe Goliang 2 (เป็ดพะโล้ โกเหลียง2) for boiled duck.
