Khao Kluk Kaphi

Location: Bangkok, Thailand

I’m a bit addicted when it comes to Khao Kluk Kaphi, a dish that I think ranks as one of the top Thai $1 meals.

The basic dish consists of fragrant shrimp paste coated rice topped with shredded green mango, red onions, diced green beans and chilies, and a selection of sliced up eggs, Chinese sausage, marinated pork and dried shrimp.

With ingredients like that, there’s not really anything to dislike about Khao Kluk Kaphi!
