Healthy Breakfast

A question I get asked frequently is something along the lines of, “how do you eat so much and not gain weight?”

And while there are many factors, one of them is that 7 days out of 10 or so, I try to eat really healthy oatmeal and fruit for breakfast. That way, later throughout the day I can eat some lesser healthy feasts!

Even though I occasionally love Thai breakfast dishes, I try to eat mostly fruit.
